Our vision seamlessly blends these captivating historical elements with a relaxed, refined atmosphere, creating the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.
Our Properties
We have two properties, Island Estate and Sunset Bay Lodge. Both properties in conjunction could accommodate up to 65 guests. Coupled, they make the perfect set up for larger gatherings!

A little about us!
Madeline Island is loved by so many, us included. We wanted Island Estate to be an extension of what Madeline Island already offers. Prior owning Island Estate, Tim built a great vacation rental community with Sunset Bay Lodge. I, Ashley, met Tim on Madeline Island and have been helping clear the pathways ever since.
